Bilfinger

For over a decade, our firm successfully represented three companies of the German Bilfinger Group in a pivotal project for the Israel Electric Corporation. This project involved the implementation of environmental measures in several units for electricity generation, resulting in a improvement of the air quality (reduction of emissions caused by combustion of fossil fuels). With a project volume well exceeding 100 million NIS, our services included legal and tax planning, litigation in Israel as well as securing work visas for foreign specialists. Our mandate concluded with the project’s successful completion.
